Reviews and Ratings
I didn't have to worry about traveling in the morning, but wish they had heated the room before my arrival. The room needed a hoover as I found an old twix wrapper. Tea and coffee were available but no complimentary biscuits. Service was excellent, pleasant, and friendly, but I had to enroll in a program for 'free wifi'. Staff seemed unengaged and I had to wait 20 minutes for a drink. Location was great with plenty of parking in a peaceful area, although it needed a bit of updating. The dining was chaotic with limited options for non-pork eaters and poorly managed resources, but the food was delicious. Facilities were a bit lacking, could be improved.
The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable but felt dated, lacking modern amenities. The service was attentive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring the area, though there were some concerns about non-hotel individuals on the premises. The dining experience was decent, with a good selection available. Overall, a pleasant stay but in need of refurbishment for a Hilton standard.
The hotel is not as close to the city center as promised but it was quiet and spacious, with some strange 'minders' lingering around. The rooms, despite being a bit dated and tired, were equipped with a wet room which was a massive help for my partner. The service was fabulous, I didn't even have to ask for things and they were really friendly and welcoming. The dining experience, although I made a good choice, ended up being rushed due to a delay. The location is great for access from the M1 and close to indoor skydiving in Milton Keynes.
